SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 working days after ordering (with the exception of Swedish public holidays). All orders are shipped via YodelDirect. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail that will notify you of the track and trace number.

 

- Standard delivery fee of £3.00.

- Free delivery on all orders exceeding £30.00.

- Spend £50 or more and receive a free  jewellery GIFT. 

UK: Standard arrival time of 3-7 working days

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, arrival times may be longer. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will normally be active within 24 hours.

We are legally unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to YodelDirect. However in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems!

 

15-DAYS RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item and it has not be worn please return it in the original packaging.  If you item has been damaged in anyway then please contact us at hello@myna-uk.co.

Please note that we cannot accept Earrings back due to hygiene reasons.

 

We offer 15 days to return or exchange the item. Providing the item is unworn and in the original packaging. Please contact us or more information.
